MAINTENANCE Your duty is to keep our subdivision clean and that includes all of the sidewalks. They are not maintained and the reason for that is that you don't have to have a monthly plan to clean the subdivision properly and have adequate supervision of this cleaning in addition to having it inspected for it's cleanliness. A plan like that is what successful businesses use. This association should be run like a business since that is exactly what it is and should be run effectively. Our money is at risk by not adequately protecting our investment.
Another example is the four years of neglect of View Park's maintenance. If you had a year-round plan, this would be clean not the excuse that you lack the money to maintain it.
SECURITY By ignoring our requests to remove the illegal for sale signs and banner at a construction site as well as the basketball basket on the street, you are ignoring the proper enforcement of our house rules. By ignoring the house rules, why have security? In addition is the constant complaints of unleashed dogs. One dog is constantly unleashed near Castellon Street and the security guards are doing nothing about it. Another very serious matter regarding unleashed dogs which has been totally neglected since it happened a year and a half ago was the foreigner named Hags' rabies-infected German Shepherd dog bit one of our maintenance staff. Fortunately the worker recovered , but Hags is still letting two of his other dogs run loose in the subdivision without properly leashing them. He is putting our security at risk for what you totally ignore. Immediate solution? Send a copy of the House Rules to all members and/or have them go to http://lasterrazas.weebly.com/house-rules.html .Ignoring any or all above requests will make our subdivision worse that it already is.
And, finally, not having a barrier at the Ma-a Exit is bad security. Pedestrians are wondering in and our instead of using the pedestrian sidewalk because security guards aren't doing their jobs properly. Our security remains at risk.
