Here's what a five-star, triple A subdivision looks like on it's main street, Mallocra Street, going towards the clubhouse. Below is a close-up, blown up picture where you can see the beauty of the untrimmed weeds extending for over 500 meters.
Can't we get somebody to trim this mess and get rid of the weeds and keep it maintained on a regular basis? Is that asking too much for the maintenance , membership dues we're paying?
We'll show a picture of this in a couple of weeks to see how nice the weeds are growing. Stand by for that!
When Alson's supervised the maintenance, we never saw weeds. Why now?
We have just communicated with LTHAI Management that an Homeowner ID System must be put in place by August 1, 2011. The IDs will be numbered corresponding to each owner and that list posted at the guard houses. Homeowners must use them if they are walking or bicycling going out or into the subdivision. Why? Better security!And all homeowners should have their ID on them at all times in the subdivision whether they are walking, jogging or bicycling. This will eliminate unauthorized people just wandering around and make this place more secure.
In addition, If an outsider is walking or bicycling in here, they must follow the same procedures as vehicles , calling the house they intend to visit to get verbal approval from that owner and leaving their ID at the gate.
